- Potong2 iga sesuai selera,cuci bersih & sisihkan.Didihkan air,masukan iga,rebus hingga darah keluar semua,buang air nya..
- Panaskan minyak goreng,tumis bumbu halus hingga tercium bau harum, masukan sereh,kayu manis,tumis kembali hingga bumbu matang..
- Masukan iga kambing tadi ke dalam tumisan bumbu,aduk rata.Tambahkan air,masak hingga iga 1/2 matang..
- Masukan santan,bumbui dgn gula pasir,garam & kaldu jamur,aduk rata & koreksi rasa.Masak hingga matang & iga empuk,matikan api.Sajikan dgn taburan bawang merah goreng..
